Mr. Teaford brings over 40 years of extensive experience at senior executive levels in both publicly and closely held business organizations. His diverse expertise encompasses sales and marketing, financial, computer services, manufacturing, real estate investment and development in both domestic and international arenas. He has applied this earned knowledge to companies of all sizes ranging from multi-million-dollar private launches to a multi-billion dollar publicly traded bank holding company.

The focused strategies that he has brought to the table have led to sustained venue streams in excess of $100 million. He has been at the forefront of international IPO raises north of $250 million and M&A agreements netting over $100 million.

A decorated military veteran, Mr. Teaford served as a US Army helicopter pilot in Vietnam and Washington, DC from 1966 to 1972. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration and Accounting as well as a MBA in Finance and Banking from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant and it also a member of many professional and community organizations.
