Michael serves as Director and General Counsel of Ardmore Hill. He brings an extensive legal and financial background to the group having demonstrated superior success and results both as an attorney in the greater Philadelphia area as well as in the corporate field of investment banking during which time he primarily assisted with the sales and purchases of privately-held companies.

With nearly three decades of experience in the corporate world, in the legal and financial industries, he has acquired invaluable negotiation, valuation and litigation skills. Mike also has finance and commercial litigation experience in the field of negotiating and constructing stock and asset purchase agreements. In his legal practice, he currently specializes in the areas of finance and business as it relates to the law.

Michael earned his Juris Doctor degree from Widener's Delaware School of Law in Pennsylvania. He also received his M.B.A. while attending the Widener Graduate School of Business. He remains active in local business events and continues to hold leadership positions in local community organizations.
